The Islanders know it takes a lot of heart and effort to fundraise for equipment, travel, and uniforms. That's why we created Islanders Pucks Into Bucks. With Islanders Pucks Into Bucks, youth hockey teams and organizations can purchase $50 tickets for only $20 and resell them (for example) for $30 - a profit of $10 per ticket for your organization. Since most purchasers will buy a minimum of two tickets to a game, it's like you're doubling your fundraising proceeds without any extra effort. We can even help you organize your fundraising night with custom flyers and posters!

Here is just an example during the 2007-08 season of how Islanders Pucks Into Bucks can help you raise money:

Each player sells 10 tickets 1,000 tickets
Face value of ticket $50
Fundraising ticket price $30
Your cost per ticket $20

THE TOP SELLING ORGANIZATION AS OF MARCH 1ST WILL RECEIVE:
  • Year-end party at Dave & Buster's with an Islanders player, alumni or coach
  • Each kid will receive a special Islanders prize pack
    		•  THE TOP SELLING TEAM AS OF MARCH 1ST WILL RECEIVE:
  • Opportunity to attend practice and a special meet and greet with the entire team
  • Pre-game lineup during the national anthem at a game
    		•


    THE TOP-SELLING INDIVIDUAL WILL GET:
    • A trip for two to a select Islanders away game during the 2008-2009 season (includes round trip airfare, hotel, and game tickets)
    • A VIP package with four (4) tickets to an Islanders home game including locker room tour, Zamboni ride and high-five experience
