Jaromir Jagr - Right Wing
The veteran right wing has made an impact since the Bruins acquired him at the trade deadline, posting five points (one goal, four assists) in four games. The active career-leader in goals, assists, points and plus-minus is still getting it done at age 41, with a cumulative 31 points in 38 games. The five-time Art Ross Trophy winner posted his 1000th career assist on Mar. 29, and is riding back-to-back multi-assist outings.
•The Islanders are 7-1-1 in their last eight games, having allowed two goals or less in eight of the nine. At 20-16-4, New York is four games over .500 for the first time since Feb. 28, 2008.
•The Islanders have outscored their opponents 13-4 during the third period over the last nine games.
