March 31: Alan Quine and Mathieu Gagnon were reassigned from the Stockton Thunder (ECHL) to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL).

March 27:
John Persson was recalled on emergency basis from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL).

March 23:
The Islanders agreed to terms with Eric Boulton on a one-year deal.

March 15:
The Islanders agreed to terms with Adam Pelech on a three-year, entry-level contract.

Johan Sundstrom was recalled on emergency basis from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL).

The Islanders agreed to terms with Kevin Czuczman on a two-year, entry-level deal.
