Led Bridgeport Sound Tigers goalies in goals-against average (2.42) and save percentage (.921) in 25 games during his rookie year in the American Hockey League and his first season in North America...Posted a 15-8-2 record with one shutout...Also made his NHL debut with the Islanders, recording a 2.75 GAA and a .910 save percentage in four games...Received his first career NHL call-up on Nov. 19 and made his NHL debut that night vs. Boston, playing the final two periods in relief...Started his first NHL game on Nov. 21 at Pittsburgh...Was returned on loan to Bridgeport on Nov. 23...Recalled on emergency basis on Dec. 21 and returned to Bridgeport on Dec. 24...Recalled on emergency basis on Dec. 29 and returned to Bridgeport on Jan. 9...With Bridgeport, posted wins in nine straight games from Jan. 13 - Feb 20...Made a season-high 37 saves on Jan 21 at Adirondack...Named AHL Goaltender of the Month for February, posting a 6-0-1 record with a 1.26 GAA and .955 SV%...Recalled on emergency basis on Feb. 29 and earned his first career NHL win and shutout on Mar. 4 vs. New Jersey...Returned to Bridgeport on Mar. 12.
