Friday, November 11th at Philadelphia Phantoms 3-2 W - The first of four visits to Broad Street was a successful one for the Sound Tigers as they rallied for a 3-2 win. MATT KOALSKA opened the scoring mid-way through the first period, but Philadelphia tied the game late in the frame and took a 2-1 lead early in the second period. TRAVIS BRIGLEY redirected a VINCE MACRI blast to tie the score then ALLAN ROURKE, in his first game back after missing eight with an ankle injury, extended a scoring streak to four games with the game-winner late in the middle frame. ROB COLLINS and JEREMY COLLITON also extended scoring streaks to five and three games respectively. CHRIS MADDEN made 28 saves for his third straight win.
Saturday, November 12th at Springfield Falcons 2-1 W - WYATT SMITH made a triumphant return to Springfield with the first two goals of the game as the Sound Tigers beat the Falcons 2-1 for their third straight road win. PAUL FLACHE notched his first point as a Sound Tiger while EVGENY TUNIK upped an assist streak to three games with the respective helpers on the game-winner. CHRIS MADDEN made 22 saves for his fourth win in a row but faced only four third-period shots as the Sound Tigers smothered any chance of a Springfield rally. The teams also kept it clean with only ten penalty minutes, including just one Sound Tigers power play.
Sunday, November 13th vs. Lowell Lock Monsters 5-1 W - Five different players scored and a total of eight had points as the Sound Tigers exploded on home ice for the second Sunday in a row in a 5-1 win over Lowell. MATT KOALSKA, ROB COLLINS, WYATT SMITH, ALLAN ROURKE and EVGENY TUNIK lit the lamp. The former Lock Monster Rourke was a +5 in his first meeting with his old team. Tunik added an assist. STEVE REGIER tied a Sound Tigers single-game record with three assists. WADE DUBIELEWICZ came within 4:15 of the team's first shutout of the season with a 29-save effort. The win was the Sound Tigers' second straight at home and fifth in a row overall; it also put them above the .500 mark at 7-6-1.
