On February 1st Shawn Bates visited Summit Lane Elem. in Levittown.  The Islander's wanted to give a special Thank You to the school who are strong supporters.  They do groups of 100 tickets or more every year!  Shawn spent his visit talking to the 4th and 5th graders about his background in hockey, answering some of their questions and signing Islander's folders and water bottles for the kids.  Everyone had a great time!
