CAREER: 2009-10: Served as captain and played in all 41 games as a senior with the University of Denver Pioneers (Western Collegiate Hockey Association)...Led Denver to a Western Collegiate Hockey Association regular season championship, a Gold Pan Trophy and a Wells Fargo Denver Cup Championship...Named a Hobey Baker Award Top-10 finalist, a Reebok First-Team West All-American, an Inside College Hockey First-Team All-American, selected to the All-College Hockey News First Team and the All-United States College Hockey Online Second Team and All-WCHA First Team...Led the team and tied for fourth in the WCHA in overall scoring with a career-high 50 points (21g/29a)...Captured the WCHA scoring title with 35 points (15g/20a) in 28 league games...Was a three-time Red Baron WCHA Offensive Player of the Week honoree (Dec. 8, Jan. 5 and Mar. 3)...Named the Inside College Hockey National Player of the Week on Jan. 5...Named MVP of the Wells Fargo Denver Cup, recording six points (4g/2a)...Named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete (3.5 GPA or higher) and was an All-WCHA Academic Team honoree...Earned the Dr. Ralph Verploeg Award as Denver's Most Inspirational Player and the Leading Scorer Award as the team's Best Offensive Player.

2008-09: Finished second on Denver in scoring during his junior season with 37 points (15g/22a)...Selected to the WCHA Third All-Star Team...Named the Red Baron WCHA Offensive Player of the Week for Feb. 10-16...Became the 90th player to join the Pioneer Century Club of 100-point scorers with a goal in Denver's 4-3 win against the University of Alaska Anchorage Seawolves on Mar. 14...Tallied a career-high eight-game point streak from Dec. 13-Jan. 30...Tied for 10th in WCHA overall scoring...Named to the All-WCHA Academic Team and was the recipient of the Dr. Ken Bredesen Award for Denver’s most sportsmanlike player.

2007-08: Tied for third on Denver in points (28), second in goals (14) and fourth in assists (14), while leading the team with eight power-play goals as a sophomore...Had seven multi-point efforts, including two three-point games...Scored a career high in goals with his first-career hat trick in a 3-2 win over the St. Cloud State University Huskies...Named to the All-WCHA Academic Team...

2006-07: Played in all 40 games as a Freshman at Denver, leading the team in assists (26) and finishing third in scoring (36)...Tied for fourth among WCHA freshmen in scoring with 25 points in league games...Ranked sixth among WCHA freshmen in scoring in all games...Tied for the team lead with 12 multi-point games...Named the Red Baron WCHA Rookie of the Week for Nov. 13-19 and co-Rookie of the Week for Jan 2-8...Named the Wells Fargo Denver Cup MVP and earned All-Tournament honors after netting three assists...Named to the INCH Preseason All-Rookie Team.

INTERNATIONAL: 2009: Represented the United States at the World Junior Championships, netting four points (2g/2a) in six games.

2008: Played on Team USA at the World Junior Championships, helping the team to a fourth place finish.

2006: Played on the same line as Kyle Okposo during the 2006 USA Hockey Junior Evaluation Camp in Lake Placid...Named assistant captain for the USNTDP U-17 Team.
