With Thanksgiving and the holidays fast approaching, no one should have to be hungry. That’s why the New York Islanders are reaching out to fans who wish to help put food on the table of needy families on Long Island.
Join the Islanders and Island Harvest in supporting this year’s holiday food drive. Fans who bring three or more non-perishable items to the Islanders-Flyers matchup on Nov. 23rd and Islanders-Devils matchup on 25th, will receive a ticket voucher to a future game at Nassau Coliseum. The vouchers can be redeemed when the Islanders host the Tampa Bay Lightning or Chicago Blackhawks on December 6th and 8th respectively. One voucher will be issued per person.
Food will be collected on the 23rd between 5-7 p.m. and on the 25th between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. outside the box office plaza. Please join us in helping this great cause, feeding Long Island families this holiday season.
