Brian Campbell - Defenseman
Brian Campbell is the offensive leader of a blue line split between wily veterans and young up-and-comers. The 33-year-old is the only Panthers d-man to dress for every game, and he has been on the ice for a lot action - for both teams - as evidenced by his seven goals, 12 assists and minus-18 rating. Campbell's 19 points are 12 more than the nearest Florida defenseman, and he ranks second in the league in average ice time with 26:35.
•Following a stretch in which they were 5-1-1 in seven games, the Isles have suffered three home defeats in a row.
•The Islanders defense has scored goals in four straight games, and combined for 18 total goals this season.
•After Sunday's contest, only five of the Islanders remaining 16 games will come at Nassau Coliseum.
