Little is off to a great start this season, scoring at nearly a point-per-game pace. Through 26 games, Little leads the Jets with 12 goals, 24 points and his two shorthanded tallies are tied for the league lead. The 12th overall pick in the 2006 draft has points in four of the Jets last five games (1g/5a) and hasn’t gone more than two games without a point.

Islanders Storylines
Homestand: The Islanders return to Nassau Coliseum for a four-game homestand Wednesday, hosting Winnipeg, Detroit, Washington and Pittsburgh. With a tough Western swing ahead, the Islanders need as many points as possible while on the island.
Special Teams: The Islanders are looking to get their PK back on track and gave it extra attention this week in practice. The Jets enter the game with the 27th ranked power play (12.5%).
Cizzlin’: Casey Cizikas is riding a five-game point (3g/2a) streak after assisting on Eric Boulton’s first goal with the Islanders Saturday.
