Islanders Storylines
Coast-to-Coast: The Islanders are in California for games against Los Angeles, Anaheim and San Jose. They are currently the top three teams in the Pacific division, so it won’t be easy trekking through the golden coast.
Streaking: Andrew MacDonald (1g/2a) and Kyle Okposo (2g/2a) are riding three-game point streaks. MacDonald has two goals in his last two games against Western conference teams.
• No Quick, No Nabby: Evgeni Nabokov and Kings starter Jonathan Quick will both sit out tonight's game with injuries. Both goalies were also sidelined in the Nov. 14 meeting.
