Penguins player to watch
James Neal - Forward

James Neal may have lost some games due to injury this season, but he certainly hasn’t lost his scoring touch. Limited to 29 games this season, Neal has 37 points (17g/20a), the same total he had in 40 games last season. A former 40-goal scorer, Neal has a lethal shot and at 6’2”, 208, he has a big body and can crash the net. Neal has had 11 multi-point games this season, as well as one goal and two assists in two games against the Islanders.
Islanders Storylines
Comebacks: The Islanders are coming off back-to-back come-from-behind wins over the Flyers and Rangers. The Islanders trailed 3-1 in both games, but rallied for two wins. Seven of the last eight Islanders wins were comebacks.
Series Wrap Up: The Islanders and Penguins wrap up their season series tonight.
Okposo: Kyle Okposo has five points (2g/3a) in three games against the Penguins this season. Okposo is eighth in league scoring with 51 points (20g/31a), one point shy of his career high.
Streaking: Thomas Vanek is riding a six-game point streak (3g/5a), while Frans Nielsen is riding a five-game point streak (1g/5a).
