William Nylander, son of former NHLer Michael Nylander, is one of the most skilled and dynamic players in this year’s draft. Trent Klatt describes his game as courageous, while scouts laud his speed and skill set. Nylander scored seven points in 22 games for Modo in the Swedish Hockey League, but was dynamite against his own age group. Nylander lit up the World Under-18’s with 16 points (6G, 10A) in seven games.

Nylander is an absolutely electric player. He loves to wind it up before racing through the neutral zone, attacking with great speed and agility. Even though he loves to shoot, he has great vision and playmaking skills. He's courageous and naturally gifted. In time, Nylander should make an easy transition to the NHL.

Michael Dal Colle had a breakout season for the Oshawa Generals, scoring 95 points (39G, 56A) in 67 games, doubling the production from his rookie year. Dal Colle isn’t known for having a mean streak, but the lanky forward is 6’2” with room to grow into his body. The Richmond Hill, ON, native was the sixth leading scorer in the OHL, and was the leading playoff scorer amongst teams that didn’t qualify for the final.

Dal Colle has an absolutely terrific wrist shot and snapper that allows him to score from anywhere. He appears at times to be a pure goal scorer, but he can also make plays. He has a very soft set of hands that allow him to pass the puck extremely well, but he's big, strong and loves traffic in front of the net. Dal Colle may not have the same ability to make guys around him better that Draisaitl or Reinhart have, but he's a terrific player in his own right.
