For those of our fans who are using Twitter, here is a complete list of all the #'s that you will see the team using. We may throw some fun off-the-cuff ones in once in a while too.
What is a hashtag? A hashtag is the number character (also called the 'pound key') on your keyboard (#). The hashtag symbol is used in the front of relevant keywords in a tweet. When you click on a hashtagged word, it directs you to a search page with tweets containing that same hashtag to allow you to read what other people are saying on the same topic. Hashtags are used in hockey-related tweets to help fans filter conversations by team or current event.
