Acquired by the Islanders from San Jose on February 26 for a seventh round draft pick…Recorded a goal and an assist with 32 penalty minutes in 19 games with the Islanders after seeing action in 15 games with the Sharks, registering 21 penalty minutes…Recorded his first career NHL shorthanded goal on March 18 vs. Toronto.

2006-07: Skated as a forward at Nashville on Feb. 14... Earned a third star by producing two-thirds of a Gordie Howe Hat Trick with an assist and a fight vs. Phoenix on Jan. 18...Led team with hits (three) at Los Angeles on Dec. 12...Earned second fighting major of the season on Dec. 11 vs. Phoenix’s Dave Scatchard.

2005-06: Fourth on team in blocked shots (65), fifth in hits (103) and third in penalty minutes (76)…Earned fighting majors against St. Louis’ Jamal Mayers on March 16 and 21…Set a career-high in points (five) with assist on Dec. 26 at Los Angeles… Scored his first goal of the season against Atlanta on Dec. 6…Registered first point of the season (assist) against Columbus on Oct. 12…

2004-05: Began season playing for Cardiff (Elite Ice Hockey League)…Was the first NHL player to play in the United Kingdom...Posted five points (2-3=5) in 24 games...

2003-04: Second on team in PIM (92)...Scored third assist of the season Dec. 31 at Columbus, matching point total from 2002-03 (three)...Missed three games (Dec. 4-10) with knee injury...Picked up first assist/point of season Nov. 1 at Florida in 6-2 win.

2002-03: Tallied first NHL assist March 17 vs. Chicago…Scored first NHL goal/point and had 20:14 of ice time March 13 at Anaheim…Made NHL debut March 9 at Dallas…Recalled from Cleveland (AHL) March 9…Posted four points (1-3=4) and 82 PIM in 42 games with the Barons when promoted.
