Sparky kicked off the Holiday Season this weekend by attending the Annual Patchogue Christmas Boat Parade on Sunday, November 18th. The parade is a very unique one, taking place on the Patchogue River as it runs out of the Great South Bay.

Wade Dubielewicz visited all the children in the Child Life Department at Stony Brook University Hospital following practice. From the time Wade entered the hospital he was greeted by hospital staff and patients. Turkey Drive at Islanders Game

On November 10th join the Islanders and Island Harvest for a turkey drive prior to coming to the game. Island Harvest representatives will be stationed outside of the box office collecting turkeys for their Turkey Collection Campaign. There will be great prizes for those who help. Prizes will go home with the person who brings the most turkeys. Any person who brings a turkey is also entered into a contest to win a Rick DiPietro autographed and framed photograph. Make sure to participate in such a great cause.
