On Sunday, September 30th, the Islanders Family Fan Fest was a part of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run.  The race is an event that retraces the steps that Stephen Siller, a member of the FDNY, took on his way to the Twin Towers on 9/11 where he lost his life.

The Islanders Slap Shot Booth was set up at the Sons of Italy Italian Festival in Massapequa on Sunday, September 29 from 10am to 4pm. The event was held on North Broadway in northern Massapequa.

The Islanders Ice Girls will be participating in the September 30th American Heart Association, Long Island Heart Walk being held at Nassau Community College in Garden City. The American Heart Associations goal is to combat the number one killer of American men and women-coronary disease. Please come down to show your support for this worthy cause.

The Islanders Ice Girls will be participating in the Walk to D'Feet ALS Event being held at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow. This will be the 7th annual walk that the ALS Chapter will be holding. ALS is a disease that affects many across Long Island. Show your support and come down to this worthy event. The Ice Girls will be signing autographs and taking pictures for all in attendance.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest was set up at the Bellmore Family Street Fair on Saturday, September 29 from 11am to 3pm.  The event was held near the Bellmore Village as over 50,000 people attended    All fans who came by the Islanders Fan Fest were greeted Sparky and the Ice Girls and were given the chance to try jump around the Islanders' Moonbounce or try their luck at the Slap Shot Booth.

Sparky will be visiting all his friends at Nassau University Hospital in East Meadow from 12pm to 1pm for "Teddy Bear" Hospital Day. This educational and fun filled day is designed primarily to lessen the fears of children should they need to be hospitalized for any reason, but is also an opportunity to familiarize the community with some of the services that the hospital provides as well as introduce some of staff members from the Medical Center.

The Islanders Ice Girls will be helping out at Teen Night at the Long Beach Rink in the town of Long Beach from 7:45 pm to 10:45 pm. This event is being thrown by the Long Beach Police Department and is a way of giving the teens in an area a safe place to hang out with friends. It is sure to be a great event.

the Ice Girls and Sparky will be taking part in the Smiles for Scott: Family Fun Day being held at Coleman Country Day camp in Merrick. From 1pm to 3pm everyone in attendance will be able to take pictures and get autographs from the Ice Girls and Sparky. Smiles for Scott was established to raise money to enhance the care and lives of children afflicted with cancer. Join the Islanders in showing support for such a great cause.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest was set up at the Tomorrow's Hope Laps For Learning Bike-A-Thon on Saturday, September 22 from 10am to 2pm. The event was held in Cedar Creek Park as a crowd of over 500 people enjoyed a great day.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be attending the Wounded Warrior Project Charity Dinner from 6pm to 10pm. This dinner will be taking place at Chrebet's Restaurant on Hempstead Turnpike in the town of Hempstead. The Wounded Warrior Project was created to raise awareness of the needs of the severely injured service men and women throughout our country.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be setting up at the Syosset Street Festival located south of the LIRR on Jackson Avenue on September 16th. The Fan Fest will be set up throughout the course of the day. All Islanders fans that stop by will be able to try our new inflatable games as well as go home with some great Islanders prizes.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be setting up at the New Hyde Park Street Fair. Everyone attending this great festival make sure to stop by the Islanders table to go home with some great Islanders prizes. The festival is located on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park from 10am to 5pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be visiting the children at the Greenville Baker Boys and Girls Club in Locust Valley for their end of summer party. The Islanders new inflatable interactive games will be set up for all to try. All members of the club are sure to have a great time.

The Islanders Team Store will be holding a Grand Re-Opening. Make sure to stop by the Broadway Mall in Hicksville from 10am till close. Throughout the course of the day the Islanders Ice Girls will be signing autographs, Sparky will be on hand meeting with fans, and special Alumni guests will be present throughout the course of the day. The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be taking part in the Cow Harbor Race in Northport. Throughout the day Islanders fans can stop by the Fan Fest and play with our interactive inflatable games. The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be setting up at Jones Beach theatre during one of their summer concerts. Anyone attending the concert will be able to stop by the Islanders table and go home with some great Islanders prizes.

The Islanders Ice Girls as well as the Dragons Firedancers will be taking part in the Nassau County Deputy Sheriffs Benevolent Association Golf Outing being held at the Red Course in Eisenhower Park. Both the Ice Girls and the Firedancers will be signing autographs and taking pictures with all in attendance.

The Islanders Ice Girls will be taking part in the QSAC All Star Legends Baseball Game. QSAC is one of Long Island's largest not for profit organizations geared towards Autism. The game is being held at Keyspan Park in Brooklyn. Make sure to stop by the park from 12:30pm to 2pm to catch the Ice Girls signing autographs. It is sure to be a great time for everyone who attends.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be participating in the Merrick Street Fair being held in the town of Merrick. Throughout the course of the day the Fan Fest will be set up for all fans. Inflatable interactive games will be set up for all to try. All fans that stop by the booth can go home with some great Islanders prizes. Make sure to stop by and take part in all the festivities.

The Islanders Family Fan Fest will be visiting Hofstra University for their Home Opener. From 6pm to 8pm all participants will be able to have some fun on one of the Islanders inflatable interactive games. Everyone who stops by the Fan Fest will go home with some great Islanders prizes. The Home Opener will be taking place at James Shuart Stadium located on the Hofstra University Campus in Hempstead.
