How old does my child have to be to qualify for the NYI365 Kids Season Pass?The NYI365 Kids Season Pass is available for children ages 12 and under.
How will the NYI365 Kids Season Pass be differentiated from an Adult Season Ticket?Kid’s tickets will be color coded especially for children to differentiate them from regular adult season tickets. NYI365 Kids Season Passes will be fun to collect and each child will feel a sense of pride knowing they are a Season Ticket Holder!
Where are the new Family Sections located at the Nassau Coliseum?The New York Islanders new Family Sections are located in sections 105, 113, 113X, 119, 120, 124 and 227 only.
Will I be required to enter through a specific entrance at Nassau Coliseum with the NYI365 Kids Season Pass? Yes, there will be designated entrances for holders of the NYI365 Kids Season Pass. Full details will accompany your actual ticket when it is mailed.
I am a current Season Ticket Holder, can I have the seat next to mine?The NYI365 Kids Season Pass is only available in the designated Family Sections mentioned above.
What if my child can’t make all the games?The NYI365 Kids Season Pass can only be used by children ages 12 and under. Passes cannot be upgraded to accommodate someone outside of this age requirement.
